Kindergarten Registration Day will be held on MARCH 8, 2024 by appointment only. Please call the elementary school you are zoned to attend BEFORE March 8, 2024 to schedule your appointment.

Parents who have a student(s) enrolled in White County System
Parents who have children currently in the system will use their Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account already created.

Step 3: Bring Your Child and All Documents On Registration Day!
Parents/Guardians need to bring your child, your printed application and the enrollment documents listed below:
The following documents MUST be uploaded to the application or brought to the school on March 8th to finalize registration.
A student will not be enrolled without current proof of residency. Students enrolling outside of a Georgia Public School System will not be enrolled without GA Immunization Form 3231.
- Student’s Birth Certificate (Certified Copy)
- Student’s Social Security Card
- GA Form 3231 Immunization Certificate
- GA Form 3300 Certificate of Hearing, Vision, Dental and Nutrition Examination
- Current Proof of Residency (acceptable item must be issued within the past 30 days)
- Lease or Rental Agreement (with signature of landlord and renters)
- Mortgage Statement, Home Purchase Agreement
- Utility Bill (electric/lights, gas or water) (NO cable or telephone bills)
- Governmental Agency Mail (county, state or federal)
- Shared Housing (if living in a household with someone else, an Affidavit of Residency, at Central Enrollment, must be filled out by both parent/legal guardian and the person with whom the family is living. Must be signed and notarized at Central Enrollment)
- Picture ID of parent or legal guardian registering the child. A valid (not expired) State Issued Driver’s License, State Issued Identification Card, Military Identification Card, or Passport are acceptable.
Step 4: Notification
Email verification and status approval details from the registration department will be sent after reviewing the application.
